All styles are chosen to complete our girls casual and special occasion outfits. Shoes are plentiful for the season whether crystal encrusted, patent leather or metallic ballet slippers as well as boots and wedge heeled shoes, all perfect for casual or dressy.
Don’t forget UGG, Hunter and Bogs. They come in an assortment of styles and colours to express individuality and are a staple, not only for our cold Canadian winters but for any season.
Most brands of our kids shoes in stock go up to adult sizes.
Though most brands of kids’ shoes have their own sizing, most times, North American and European options are offered on the packaging, or shoe, making it easier to purchase the proper size shoe for your child. We have found that regardless of the differences in sizes between shoe companies, the European sizes are consistent and best used for deciding on the correct size.
Hint:
Have your child stand and using their larger foot line up a straw (or something else similar) from the big toe to heel. Mark the length and cut the straw. If deciding on a shoe size, drop the straw in the deepest part of the toe of the shoe and you will see how much space there is for growth. We suggest a thumb space between the end of the straw (or child’s foot) to have the shoe last a season. (4 months or more depending on the rate of growth of the child)
You can do the same for width; measure across the widest part of the foot. When measuring place the straw across the outside bottom of the shoe to see if there is space. It is more accurate then a paper trace because it will not bend.
